Doctor in Biological Sciences | University of Buenos Aires

She was Professor of the Chair of Microbiology and Immunology and the Chair of Virology of the UBA from 1977 to 1989, specializing in microbiological and immunological techniques. Visiting Professor at the Universidad Mayor de la República, ROU for the Postgraduate Course “Cell Cycle” in 1983 and 1984. She worked as an Advisor in Food Quality for the company Inmunotechnia of Argentina from 1999 to 2005.

From that same year, until 2017 served as Scientific-Technical Advisor for R-Biopharm in Argentina and Latin America. Currently, she serves as Scientific-Technical Advisor for all Latin America giving Courses, Conferences and Workshops specializing in immunological methods.

In addition, he is in charge of the implementation in Argentina of the technique of Gluten Quantification in the Bromatological Laboratories of the 24 Provincial jurisdictions. He is a founding partner of the Allergens Platform in Foods (Argentina) 2009 and currently works in the Board of Directors of the Allergens in Food Platform.
